Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds of our Austin communities. The role includes daily outdoor upkeep, landscaping duties, and ensuring common areas are clean and inviting.

You will work under the Maintenance Manager to keep property exteriors well cared for and safe. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in grounds keeping and landscaping, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to perform light maintenance and weather-related tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of grounds keeping in a multi-family environment.
• 2+ years of landscaping experience.
• HVAC/EPA certifications may be required depending on site staffing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of the assigned property.
• Keep outdoor areas clean and well landscaped around buildings.
• Plant, trim, and care for flowers, trees and shrubs.
• Mow lawns, fertilize, and apply pest control as needed.
• Assist maintenance team with basic tasks and safety procedures.
