Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Associate to uphold community grounds, amenities, and curb appeal, supporting the service team to meet standards.

You will inspect and clean common areas, assist with vacants, handle minor requests, and ensure locks and pool gates comply with safety codes. The role requires safety awareness, customer service, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift in outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community grounds and amenities to keep areas neat and litter-free.
• Assist with make-ready process and remove trash from vacants as needed.
• Perform routine service requests and support the service team.
• Change locks and ensure pool area gates meet safety codes.
• Communicate hazards to supervisors and assist residents calmly.
• Provide courteous customer service and respond to maintenance questions.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and safety policies.
