Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Associate for a on‑site role in Houston to upkeep community grounds, amenities, and unit turnover. You will handle routine maintenance, clean vacant units, and ensure safety standards while collaborating with the service team.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to keep common areas and amenities neat and free of litter.
• Perform make‑ready tasks by cleaning units and storage areas, and remove trash from vacant apartments.
• Address routine service requests and assist the make‑ready specialist in turnover workflows.
• Change locks as needed and ensure pool gates and safety codes are met.
• Distribute notices to residents and communicate hazards to supervisors when observed.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and respond to maintenance complaints.
• Participate in safety trainings and follow Greystar risk‑management policies.
