Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs, including preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and service of outdoor power equipment.
• Operate and supervise the operation of heavy grounds and landscape equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Supervise the upkeep of facilities, work areas, storage yards, and departmental spaces to ensure a safe and organized environment.
• Complete and oversee administrative documentation, including timecards, work orders, training records, and labor reporting.
