Job summary

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in horticulture or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; pesticide applicator license within 6 months if required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscaping crews and maintain turf, shrubs, irrigation, and hardscape to standards.
• Direct and evaluate staff, manage timekeeping, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Process UT Works work orders, enter daily labor records, and track material purchases.
