You will help create a welcoming environment for residents by keeping lawns, walkways, and common areas clean, safe, and attractive, while supporting the maintenance team with light repairs and turnovers.

Qualifications

• At least one year of groundskeeping, maintenance, or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in the use of manual and power tools for landscaping and minor repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license required (for golf cart operation if applicable).
• Must be customer-service oriented with the ability to interact professionally with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and clean the property daily, maintaining common areas and amenities.
• Remove trash from vacant units and assist with the "make-ready" for new residents.
• Support basic maintenance and minor repairs as directed.
• Assist with landscaping, snow removal, sweeping, raking, and salting.
• Maintain inventory of landscaping tools and equipment.
• Distribute resident communications and notices as directed by property management.
• Report hazards or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
