Job summary

The Professional Group is seeking an Assistant to support the Crew Lead in delivering high-quality grounds services. This role involves operating weed whip, edger and backpack blower, while ensuring safety, productivity and compliance with company standards on the job site.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00/hour for Level I to $20.00/hour for Level III, with a $0.50/hour raise after 90 days pending performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to provide transportation to shop locations.
• Physical ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of operating basic grounds equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Crew Lead in delivering high-quality grounds services.
• Communicate effectively with management, peers, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain trucks and equipment to company standards and follow safety rules.
• Support productive operations and help minimize costs.
• Develop skills and knowledge for career progression.
