Job summary

Grounds Guys is seeking a Maintenance Team Member to deliver high-quality lawn and landscaping care. You’ll be a front-line team member performing mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning, with an emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires outdoor work in all weather and the ability to lift 35–80 pounds. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.00 per hour and depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• Willingness to complete training within 6 months if no experience.

Responsibilities

• Front-Line Employee – provide exceptional care on the ground.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks: mowing, string trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, perform very physical work, lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
• Wrap up tasks and prep for the next day.
