Job summary

The Professional Group (TPG) is hiring a Grounds Assistant to assist the Crew Lead with a full range of grounds maintenance duties. You will support crew operations and ensure timely, high-quality performance across projects.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to advance as you gain experience. New hires receive a monthly signing bonus and a 90-day evaluation with a pay raise based on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• Pass federal eligibility requirements.
• Be at least 18 years old and able to work in the U.S.
• Have reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to walk throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist Crew Lead to deliver high-quality grounds services.
