The Professional Group is seeking a Grounds Assistant to support the Crew Lead by delivering high-quality grounds services with a focus on productivity and profitability. You will be a crew member on grounds care crews, operating tools and equipment as needed and maintaining professional standards.

Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour across three level tiers, with a $100/month signing bonus for three months and a 90‑day evaluation with a $0.50/hour raise based on performance and

Qualifications

• Ability to pass Federal eligibility requirements.
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Have transportation to and from shop locations.
• Ability to walk and remain on foot for most of the work day.
• Ability to lift and carry fifty (50) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicating with management, peers, supervisors, clients, and vendors.
