Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to preserve the property's physical condition, grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support the service team, perform make-ready tasks, handle lock changes, and assist with safety and compliance per policy.

Responsibilities include inspecting and cleaning common areas, processing routine service requests, assisting with turnover, and communicating hazards to supervisors. Occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and common area upkeep.
• Ability to respond to resident needs with courtesy and professionalism.
• Familiarity with safety rules and OSHA basics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Inspects community grounds and amenities to keep them clean and well-maintained.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacated units and cleans storage areas.
• Handles minor service requests and assists with turnover processes.
• Performs lock changes and ensures pool area gates and safety codes are met.
• Reports hazards to supervisors and communicates with residents professionally.
