Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain curb appeal across our Nashville communities. You will inspect grounds, remove litter and pet debris, perform light repairs, and support the Service Manager with routine tasks.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and customer service skills to interact with residents. You’ll work a 40-hour week with weekend hours as needed, outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently; 150 pounds with assistance.
• Strong customer service mindset and resident interaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspect community daily to remove litter and debris.
• Maintain exterior areas, amenities, and curb appeal.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and basic repairs as directed.
• Communicate hazards to supervisor and respond to resident questions.
