Job summary

Greystar seeks an on-site maintenance team member in Austin to uphold grounds, amenities, and curb appeal. You will support service staff, address routine requests, and assist with turns for vacant units. The role emphasizes safety and resident service in a busy rental community.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter and maintain cleanliness of common areas.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and assists in the make‑ready process.
• Completes assigned minor and routine service requests and supports the turn process.
• Changes locks per policy and ensures pool gates function correctly and safely.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisors.
