Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Groundman Laborer in Lufkin, TX to support line crews by digging trenches, moving materials, and preparing work sites. You will help load and unload trucks, run hand and power tools, and keep the work area clean and safe while following safety protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with preferred experience in construction or outdoor labor. CDL or driving record advantages are noted; pre-employment drug screen and background check

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous construction/outdoor labor experience a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist line crews and equipment operators with daily tasks (digging trenches, moving materials, preparing sites).
• Load and unload trucks with poles, wire, conduits, and other gear.
• Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
