Primoris Services Corporation is hiring a Groundhand Laborer for Tyler, TX. You will assist line crews, load/unload materials, and operate hand and power tools under supervision, maintaining safety and organization on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in construction or outdoor labor is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions and prioritize safety.
• Valid driver's license preferred; CDL a significant advantage.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist line crews and equipment operators with daily tasks.
• Load and unload trucks with tools, equipment, and materials.
• Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage.
• Perform basic flagging duties to direct traffic and safety.
• Follow safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
