Job summary

143 Future Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a dependable general laborer to support line crews in telecommunications construction. You will assist with digging trenches, loading materials, and performing basic flagging duties to direct traffic and protect crews.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, operating hand and power tools safely, following all safety protocols, and communicating effectively with teammates. A CDL is a significant advantage; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist line crews and equipment operators with digging trenches, moving materials, and preparing work sites.
• Load and unload trucks with tools, equipment, and materials such as poles, wire, and conduits.
• Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and store tools properly.
• Perform basic flagging duties to direct traffic and ensure safety.
