Job summary

143 Future Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a dependable general laborer to support line crews in telecommunications construction. You will assist with digging trenches, loading materials, and performing basic flagging duties to direct traffic and protect crews.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, operating hand and power tools safely, following all safety protocols, and communicating effectively with teammates. A CDL is a significant advantage; pre-employment checks apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions; safety-focused.

• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Perform basic flagging duties to direct traffic and ensure public and crew safety.
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in a construction or outdoor labor environment is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred; Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one is a significant advantage.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
