Job summary

Future, a Primoris Company, is seeking a diligent General Labor position to assist field crews in digging, loading materials, and site preparation. You will operate basic hand and power tools under supervision and maintain a safe, organized workspace while engaging in flagging duties as needed.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, physical stamina for demanding tasks, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or outdoor labor is a plus.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Valid driver's license preferred; CDL or ability to obtain one is a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist line crews and equipment operators with daily tasks such as digging trenches, moving materials, and preparing work sites.
• Load and unload trucks with tools, equipment, and materials like poles, wire, and conduits.
• Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and store tools properly.
• Perform basic flagging duties to direct traffic and enhance safety.
• Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
