Job summary

CREATIVE INNOVATION INC. is seeking an experienced Warehouse Setup Project Manager to lead new warehouse programs across North America.

This role will oversee site assessments, layout planning, fit-out, equipment installation, system deployment, SOP development, and team training. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in warehousing or cross-border logistics, strong project leadership, and proven experience launching warehouses from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years warehousing, cross-border logistics, or supply-chain operations.
• 3+ years project-management or team-leadership experience.
• Proven experience launching a warehouse from the ground up.
• Experience with site assessment, layout, facility setup, equipment installation, and WMS implementation.
• NA north America safety & compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage new warehouse projects from planning through launch and handover.
• Conduct site assessments and develop layouts based on capacity and requirements.
• Coordinate facility fit-out, racking, equipment, utilities, safety systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Implement WMS, OMS, barcode, labeling, and shipping systems.
• Develop SOPs for receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control, and returns.
• Coordinate contractors, equipment suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
• Support initial team recruitment and provide system, process, and safety training.
• Lead trial operations, resolve launch-stage issues, and hand over to local ops team.
• Control project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and operational risks.
