Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee warehouse storage and material handling projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate internal teams and vendors, review blueprints, and ensure on-time delivery with quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, scheduling, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on collaborative execution and proactive issue resolution. Previous experience with pallet racking and warehouse systems is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
• 5+ years of direct experience with installation and/or teardown of pallet racking and warehouse storage systems.
• 5+ years of AutoCAD and/or preliminary engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related programs.
• Experience using project management/project tracking software.
• Excellent time management, communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong work ethic and ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Review project blueprints and develop accurate material lists.
• Create and manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate product delivery, installation, and project logistics.
• Partner with Account Managers to develop detailed project plans.
• Manage projects throughout the complete lifecycle and address issues proactively.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation for tracking and quality assurance.
