Job summary

Gillon Property Group in Dallas is seeking a Development Underwriting Analyst to work alongside our VP of Development on front-end feasibility underwriting for ground-up development and redevelopment pipelines. This role provides rare direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the models used across the team.

You will build and update development pro formas, underwrite feasibility, support due diligence, and drive improvements to templates and standards as the platform

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience underwriting real estate transactions.
• Strong Excel modeling skills.
• Exposure to Argus Enterprise is a plus; training provided.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and update development pro formas for ground-up and redevelopment.
• Underwrite feasibility with sensitivity analyses on cost, timing, lease-up.
• Support due diligence for land acquisitions and construction financing.
• Collaborate with development leadership to refine model templates.
