Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a development finance analyst to perform financial analyses of development opportunities, build detailed pro-forma models, and support underwriting and closing of real estate transactions.

You will interface with brokers, equity partners, lenders, and development leadership across assigned markets, tracking deal status and reporting progress in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in finance, real estate, or economics.
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Experience gathering market data, preparing reports and memos.

Responsibilities

• Analyze development opportunities and build pro-forma models.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, partners, lenders, and owners.
• Identify acquisitions and assist with pitches and RFPs.
• Lead due diligence and document key findings for deals.
• Monitor progress and timelines of potential transactions.
• Prepare various internal and external reports as needed.
