Carolina Search Group, partnering with a respected general contractor, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent with multifamily construction experience for local projects in Greenville, South Carolina. All work is local—no out-of-town assignments—and you will support the Superintendent to coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and organizational skills and the drive to assume greater field leadership.
