Job summary

JRM Construction Management is seeking a Project Manager (Ground Up) to lead project teams and oversee scope, schedule, and budget from inception to completion in New York City. You will mentor on-site staff and coordinate with designers, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, 5+ years in core/shell and interior construction, and OSHA safety certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related bachelor’s degree.
• Requires 5+ years of experience in Core/shell and Interior construction.
• OSHA 10 and 30 Construction Safety certificates; 4-hour Scaffold User Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project team, resources and schedule.
• Oversee project from inception to completion and cost control.
• Prepare contracts, bid packages, and procurement processes.
• Lead on-site coordination with Superintendent and safety programs.
• Attend and lead project meetings and review compliance data.
