Job summary

JRM Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Ground Up) to lead a project construction team and oversee overall direction, planning, completion and financial outcomes. The role requires mentoring on-site staff and strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

The candidate will implement the operational playbook, safety program, and manage procurement, coordination, and client relations across projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
At least 10 years of experience in Core & Shell construction with completed interiors.
Understanding of construction contracts, retention and releases.
30-Hour OSHA trained.
4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificate.

Responsibilities

Lead project construction team and overall project direction, planning, completion and financial outcome.
Mentor on-site staff and manage personnel/resources for the project.
Develop project schedules, site logistics plans, and value engineering exercises.
Plan and coordinate procurement, write/coordinate scopes of work, and negotiate subcontract awards.
Oversee shop drawing, submittal, RFI, MEPS coordination and overall construction coordination.
