Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of ground-up residential and commercial projects. You will coordinate with the Project Superintendent, subs, and suppliers to ensure a quality, timely construction process.

Responsibilities include planning, subcontractor agreements, budget creation and control, schedule development, and daily/weekly meetings with owners, architects, and trade partners. Procore and MS Projects proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• PM with ground-up build experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Experience managing $2M+ projects on site, from planning to closeout.
• Procore and Microsoft Projects proficiency for project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project life cycle, coordinating with subs and suppliers.
• Create project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor milestones and changes.
• Review shop drawings, change orders, and submittals; ensure QA/QC.
