Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience on the GC side of commercial construction.
• Experience across retail, office, industrial, hospitality, or mixed-use project types.
• Strong command of budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or comparable construction management tools.
• Excellent communicator with a client-first mindset.
• High integrity, humility, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle — preconstruction, buyout, scheduling, execution, and closeout
• Serve as the primary owner-facing contact throughout the project
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes
• Lead RFI and submittal processes, change order negotiation, and cost reporting
• Coordinate closely with superintendents and field teams to maintain schedule and quality
• Uphold and model the firm’s safety standards on every project
• Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat business
