Doyle Construction Company seeks an Assistant Project Manager to join our ground-up construction division. You will receive hands-on training to support professional development, and collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure project success from pre-construction through closeout.

The role emphasizes coordinating scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor relations, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent with GC exposure).
• 2–3+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably ground-up.
• At least 1 year of project management or project support experience.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, means and methods, and project sequencing.
• Proficiency with construction mgmt software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) and MS Office.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal staff.
• Basic financial acumen with exposure to budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, pay apps.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with ability to identify issues early and support resolutions.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Project Manager in developing and maintaining the project schedule.
• Coordinate with Estimating and Purchasing to protect profitability.
• Administer requisitions and collections to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Support timely, quality construction across ground-up projects.
