Job summary

Lockheed Martin Corporation in Littleton, CO is seeking a Ground Data System Manager to drive the integration, test, and delivery of the Ground segment, leveraging deep experience in ground systems, networks, and enterprise software integration.

The role also serves as the CAM and technical team lead for the development of the ground segment, overseeing software development, operations and sustainment across deep space, weather, and commercial programs.

Qualifications

Ground Systems or Software Engineering experience with requirements/conops/architecture.
Detailed knowledge of systems engineering processes.
Experience with spacecraft ground data systems.
Experience working in an Agile I&T environment with Jira and Confluence.
Experience planning and CAM duties for product development.
Experience leading a technical team from requirements through flight operations.

Responsibilities

Manages software development activities and subordinate recruitment, selection and training.
Oversees design, development, documentation and testing of software delivering business/mission solutions.
Applies standards, processes, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
Leads CAM duties and coordinates across a portfolio of programs.
