The role leads ground system software development, integrates components, and ensures alignment with customer requirements.

• Experience in ground system engineering, software integration, and formal qualification processes.
• Strong communication skills for requirements and architecture reviews.
• Ability to interact with System Engineers/Analysts/Software developers in a team setting.
• Excellent oral and written communication for program reviews and technical documents.
• Experience with test management including test definition, execution, traceability, and site testing.
• Familiarity with satellite ground systems and the satellite operations domain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major sections of ground system software development and testing within an Agile environment.
• Guide requirements and interface design, support ground systems architecture and design.
• Oversee system integration, verification, and demonstration to satisfy customer requirements.
• Mentor and hands-on development across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with customers and users to define functional and performance requirements and use cases.
