Job summary

Vantor is seeking a seasoned systems engineer and program manager to join our space mission team in California. You will develop, integrate, and manage TRDs, ICDs, and MBSE products while guiding technical decisions with senior program managers and executives.

You'll lead requirements and interface management for large-scale space sensing programs, coordinate across stakeholders, and help shape system design, verification plans, and integration activities in a fast-paced, mission-driven

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Physics, or CS.
• 4+ years of large-scale systems engineering experience.
• 2+ years leading teams on requirements, ICDs, CONOPS, architecture, and test plans.
• Experience leading requirements and interface management for a major program.
• Experience coordinating changes across stakeholders via review boards.
• MS Office tools experience (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of IEEE 15288.1/15288.2 standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and manage TRDs, ICDs, and MBSE products.
• Provide technical advice to senior PMs and executives on space system design and test issues.
• Perform systems engineering and program management for design reviews, evaluations, and verification.
• Analyze problems, create technical reports, and propose solutions with stakeholders.
