Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Station Manager (Ground & Rail) in Torrance, CA. You will oversee all station functions, drive profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive leadership and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include guiding managers daily, expediting freight safely, maintaining a professional site, and reviewing financials to meet growth goals. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Valid state driver’s license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage all station functions to meet customer standards and maximize profitability.
• Provide daily guidance and leadership on operations, HR, and procedures.
• Ensure safe, timely freight expediting and clean, safe site conditions.
• Review P&L, set short-term goals, and oversee business development and sales.
• Develop policies to meet organizational needs; ensure ISO and SOX compliance.
• Communicate directives and safety programs to all staff.
