Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum 4 years industry experience preferred.
• Valid state issued Driver’s License and Forklift Driver Certification required.
• Other professional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all station functions to ensure service agreements meet customer standards and maximize profitability through superior service.
• Provide managers with daily guidance, leadership and support on operations, HR, revenue enhancement and procedures.
• Ensure freight is expedited safely and timely.
• Maintain a clean, professional and safe working environment for all employees.
• Review costs, operations and forecast data to track progress toward business goals.
• Oversee P&L performance and set short-term budget goals.
• Oversee business development, sales and new account development to maximize revenue.
• Develop and execute policies to meet organizational needs and comply with ISO/SOX and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate directives and ensure safety programs are implemented.
