Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an Outside Sales Representative - Ground Protection to grow market share in a defined territory. You will drive sales, manage the Profit Center, and ensure superior customer experiences through adherence to company policies.

The role requires a 4-year degree or 3–4 years of related sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel. Bilingual Spanish may be preferred in some locations.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maximize Ground Protection market share in all sectors within assigned territory.
• Lead sales efforts and manage local Profit Center to ensure safe, efficient, and superior customer experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive growth.
