Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in systems, hardware, and integration disciplines.
• Experience managing system requirements and interfaces.
• Experience with hardware integration, verification, validation, and test.
• Experience creating engineering deliverables and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across the lifecycle from concept to disposal.
• Develop and manage system architectures, requirements, interfaces, and hardware specs.
• Translate customer requirements into subsystem requirements and verification methods.
• Support hardware design, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and qualification.
• Investigate hardware anomalies and implement corrective actions for reliability.
• Produce engineering docs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
