Job summary

You will design strategic plans, analyze data, and communicate milestones to stakeholders, while guiding cross-functional transformation initiatives aligned with Southwest standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Advanced level experience in operations and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in management consulting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support executive-led transformation initiatives and department imperatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design strategy and milestones.
• Develop business insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
• Create clear presentations with roadmaps and business cases.
• Communicate timelines and risks to stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Applications, Standards, Compliance & Training, and Risk Management & Safety.
