Job summary

Unilode is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee day-to-day on-the-ground service delivery activities at the assigned station. The role requires ensuring ULD pooling operations are executed accurately and in line with defined procedures and governance requirements.

You will verify records, manage discrepancies, and provide on-site guidance to maximize operational efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, logistics, or service delivery environments.
• Proven ability to supervise day-to-day operational activities at station or team level.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures, compliance requirements, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-the-ground service delivery tasks at the assigned station or area.
• Verify physical ULD stock and ensure proper handling, allocation and movement per procedures.
• Identify and address execution issues and escalate when required.
• Collaborate with OCC and stakeholders to support on-ground operations and audits.
• Ensure accurate evidence capture (photos, timestamps, locations) for governance.
