Cargolux Airlines seeks a Staffing and Ground Operations Supervisor based in Dallas to oversee the station's operational processes and ensure safe, compliant ground handling. You will coordinate GSA/GHA staff, review invoices, and enforce purchasing policies while liaising with local departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, freight forwarding, airport operations, or a related field.
• Good understanding of operational, safety, and security procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to new software; Icargo or similar software is a plus.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operational processes of the station.
• Supervise the station including GSA and GHA staff.
• Notify relevant department of new legal requirements or administration procedures within the station that might impact Cargolux operations.
• Represent the company in local meetings on request and if required.
• Review vendor invoices on an operational level.
• Implement and enforce Cargolux purchasing policy.
• Ensure safety, security, quality, and efficiency per local and international laws and Ground Ops Quality System.
• Coordinate Road Feeder Services locally with Supplier Management Transportation.
• Monitor SLAs with suppliers.
• Address supplier issues to the Operations Manager.
