Job summary

Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Supervisor in Norwood, MA to lead day-to-day warehouse activities, coach staff, and drive operational excellence. You will oversee coaching, scheduling, and cross-functional communication to ensure accurate reporting and efficient sort and launch packages while upholding safety standards.

In this role you will manage shifts, coordinate with leaders, and push for continuous improvements that meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in logistics, operations, or related field.
• Proficient with technology platforms and tools used in logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, and weekends.
