Job summary

Veho in Indianapolis is seeking a Ground Operations Supervisor to lead Warehouse Associates and Leads day-to-day, driving operational excellence and safety. You will coach staff, develop skills, and ensure accurate reporting, scheduling, and cross-functional communication to keep sort and launch packages moving smoothly.

You will oversee shift planning, partner with teams across functions, and maintain a strong culture of teamwork, accountability and performance in a high-volume warehouse

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in logistics/operations.
• Proficient with technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Physically able to work in a warehouse and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach warehouse staff to achieve KPIs and high standards.
• Develop schedules and assign shifts to meet operational needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor safety, quality, and process improvements.
• Communicate performance and issues to leadership and teams.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data entry for operations.
• Maintain adherence to policies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding and development of team members.
• Foster teamwork and accountability across the operation.
