Job summary

Veho is seeking a Ground Operations Lead in Garner, NC to supervise shifts, ensure safety, and optimize the flow of goods. You will work with cross-functional teams and driver partners to achieve reliable launches and smooth sorts.

The role requires forklift operation, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs. The position is on-site with a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
• Forklift certification and/or box truck experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Proficiency with smartphone apps and logistics tech platforms.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to ensure safe, efficient operations and launches.
• Navigate technology platforms to manage changes and re-routes.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
• Operate forklift and possibly a box truck as needed.
• Provide high-quality support to driver partners and internal teams.
