Job summary

Southwest Airlines is hiring an Operations Agent at the Omaha (OMA) airport to help flights take off safely and on time. You’ll assist customers boarding, verify weight and balance, and coordinate with Ramp, Operations, Provisioning and other airport teams to keep schedules on track. This part-time role includes 32 hours over 5 days, with training over 4–6 weeks and potential overtime.

U.S. citizenship or work authorization is required, and benefits such as flight privileges and health insurance
