Job summary

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Ground Handler Tier 1 to join a fast-paced fulfillment and drone delivery operation in Convington, LA.

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Ground Handler Tier 1 to join a fast-paced fulfillment and drone delivery operation in Convington, LA. This is an active, operational role where you will be directly involved in the day-to-day movement of customer orders-from picking and packing through quality control and loading packages onto delivery aircraft. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in retail, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or other fast-paced operations who enjoys working on their feet and is interested in developing their leadership skills. In addition to performing core operational duties, you will have opportunities to support the Operations Team Lead and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, or similar operations

Experience with picking, packing, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or other operational processes is helpful but not required for candidates with transferable experience

Leadership Potential

Schedule Requirements

This position requires schedule flexibility.

Candidates must be available to work within the operating window of:

6:00 AM - 10:00 PM, 7 days per week

Employees will work up to 40 hours per week based on the assigned schedule and operational needs. Weekend availability may be required. Adherence to assigned work hours is essential for this operation.
