Home Genius Exteriors is looking for a Sales Manager in Charleston, South Carolina to launch and grow our brand in a new market. You will develop the founding sales team, set standards for future hires, and utilize proven systems and processes.

The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of sales experience, particularly in Exterior/Interior Remodeling, and a builder’s mindset to thrive in an ambiguous environment. Attractive compensation structure including uncapped commissions and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, 1+ year in sales management required.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle needed.
• Willingness to work weekends is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop the founding group of sales reps.
• Run the established sales system in a new market.
• Generate personal leads and coach reps in real time.
• Drive sales numbers through meetings and performance tracking.
• Build local presence and positive culture.
