New Beginnings Construction, Inc. in Charleston, SC is hiring an Exterior Project Advisor to drive sales in roofing, siding, windows and insurance restoration. You will manage leads, inspect homes, build estimates, and present outcomes in-person to homeowners.

You will ramp with a paid training base, then operate on commission with a company truck and full benefits. This is a fast-growing team with room to advance into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Two to three or more years of sales experience in roofing, siding, home remodeling, or in-home sales.
• Ability to self-generate leads through canvassing, referrals, networking, or storm work.
• Comfort carrying a ladder and going onto roofs.
• Sell at price and defend margin with customers.
• Present in-home proposals and follow up persistently.
• CRM discipline: manage leads, estimates, contracts daily.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to move to full commission after training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect roofing, siding, windows, and flashing; document findings in CompanyCam.
• Build estimates and present them in-home rather than via PDF.
• Coordinate with adjusters on claim-funded work and support supplements.
• Close jobs, hand files to production, and verify scope with customers.
• Develop a personal pipeline and nurture referrals for future appointments.
