Career Movement is a growing environmental consulting firm in Orange County seeking a business development professional to expand the client base across Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire. This ground-floor opportunity offers direct access to ownership and a chance to build your own process and territory from scratch.

You will nurture existing relationships while developing new ones in commercial real estate, construction, restoration, property management, and related industries.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of business development, outside sales, or client relationship management experience.
• Comfortable with a primarily office-based routine that still includes regular client-facing time (lunches, site visits, networking events)
• Self-starter who can build a process without an established playbook
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the regional territory as needed
• Environmental industry experience is not required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Develop new client relationships across commercial real estate, construction, restoration, property management, and related industries
• Meet regularly with clients and prospects through lunches, site visits, and networking events
• Travel throughout the regional territory to support business development efforts
• Follow up consistently with prospects and help convert relationships into project opportunities
• Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams as new opportunities develop
• Commission based on new business generated, uncapped upside
