Job summary

Amazon is launching a new, fast-growing business aimed at transforming the shipping and logistics industry. We’re looking for experienced Business Development professionals to scale our business, ensuring our first customers succeed while building the use cases of the future.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape a high-impact initiative from day one. As a core member of our team, you’ll create and drive the Business Development strategy, influencing how we grow, scale, and serve

Qualifications

4+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
Experience developing and executing GTM strategies that are large in scope.
3+ years of customer-facing work with executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience working with brands and creating brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue, adoption and market segment for our product.
Earn the trust of customers and create custom Amazon Shipping solutions that fit their business needs.
Relay market needs and customer feedback to internal Amazon teams including Product Management and Technical.
Create program goals and metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
Serve as the voice of the customer, and pursue new and innovative solutions that will continue to grow Amazon.
