Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a team lead to manage cabin cleaning operations and ensure timely aircraft departures. You will oversee agents, transport cleaning gear, and maintain supplies for efficient service on each flight.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to work rotating shifts, and adherence to safety standards. Prior aviation or ground handling experience is preferred, with a valid driver’s license and required credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in cabin cleaning duties.
• Carry cleaning equipment and supplies to service the aircraft.
• Clean seats, floors, tray tables, galleys and dispose of trash in designated dumpsters.
• Clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles.
• Restock magazines, food, beverages, liquor, and other supplies aboard the aircraft.
• Perform aircraft security inspection.
• Load supplies onto cabin service truck and return to designated area.
• Keep cabin service supply room organized and ensure adequate supply of items needed to service aircraft.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Company's Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities expected for this position.
