Job summary

You will create schedules, estimate labor needs, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced meat plant environment.

The role requires 3+ years in production/processing with at least 1 year of supervisory experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in production/processing environment.
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Must be able to understand all policies, procedures, instructions, rules and regulations (including safety training) written in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities in Ground Beef (fresh and frozen) and receiving areas.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Plan production schedules and estimate worker hours for tasks.
• Maintain and review records for accuracy and compliance.
• Advise on care and handling of stock and equipment to optimize efficiency.
