Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a Ground Beef Production Supervisor for B Shift to lead hourly team members in our Utah facility. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while maintaining positive relations with the Union and maintenance teams.

You will handle pre-operational paperwork, staffing, coaching, and performance improvement to meet production goals in a cold, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in food manufacturing/meat processing preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, including weekends when needed.
• Ability to work second shift.
• Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
